Reservations/Deposits:
– We recommend booking your house and pet sitting services 1-2 months in advance to ensure availability.
– A $50 deposit is required within 3 days of booking to hold your requested dates – and $100 if booking over a holiday. This deposit will be credited toward your total invoice on the return date.
– If the booking request is canceled after a sitter accepts, the deposit will NOT be refunded or applied to a future payment. However, if a sitter has not been confirmed/accepted, the deposit will go toward the next booking/invoice.
– If a booking request is over a holiday, and canceled after a sitter accepts OR less than 7 days before the start date, the deposit will NOT be refunded or applied to a future invoice.
– We aim to have a sitter confirmed at least one month before the start date. If all sitters are booked, we will notify you ASAP and credit the deposit to your account.
